Refund policy

30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason. You do not need to justify it.
To start a return, email support@salltyshop.com with your order number and we will reply with instructions within 24 hours.
How refunds work
Once your return is approved we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You do not need to ship the item back in these cases.
Condition of returned items
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging. Personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but if such an item is faulty, the damaged/defective process above applies and you are still covered.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, we cover everything. For a change-of-mind return, we will confirm the return address and shipping arrangement by email before you send anything back. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior arrangement cannot be processed.
Order not delivered
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us. We will either resend it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After that the order has usually entered fulfilment — but the 30-day return window still applies once it arrives.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights above. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
