Refund and Return Policy 

General Policy We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. All sales are final. 

Damages and Issues We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we are committed to making it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@salltyshop.com so that we can evaluate the issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. 

Exchanges As we do not offer general returns, we are unable to process standard exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order on our website. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for this return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
